Preferred Health Plan is a Klamath Falls-based insurance company with the goal of providing the best health insurance coverage at the least possible cost.

We offer several medical plans designed to meet the needs of companies with two or more employees. Employers can add optional benefits including prescription drug, vision, dental and alternative care coverage.

We also offer policies for individuals and families located in Klamath, Lake and Deschutes Counties.

Our local staff will work with prospective members personally to ensure they find coverage that best fits their needs. Preferred Health Plan welcomes walk-ins and assures that when members call, they will reach a live knowledgeable customer service specialist. We also have an extensive participating provider network. These are just a few reasons why our members continue to stay with us.
